Individuals are able to sign up through an application and each person is hand picked by our board to see who will run for the crown. Mr. and Ms. ADC are not only the faces of ADC but they also represent the open-mindedness of a leader and an empowered woman or man who will enhance not only the way we look at Africa but others as well.
